Anges, excellent post! I particularly attest to the statement “So do you care enough about yourself? If you don’t, then who will?”. Only when you start caring about yourself will your character shine from within. After all, what shows in the outer comes from the inner.

Great post Ange! I think many people, even while alone, aren’t spending time with themselves – it sounds odd to say, but is true. I am my own best friend and it took me many years to get there, though I still struggle occasionally

Hey Ange,
The old welch waler , Tom Jones don’t you just love him & he alway’s used to make you feel like dancing, so they tell me, mus’nt show my age here. I know what your saying with your post, because I have been spending a fai bit of time at home lately……yes, on the computer & I regularly get caught out , either needing a shave badly or having to think how long since I did this or did that. So you constantly have to be aware of looking after little old me .
