I have been using the videos as additional motivation for the last couple of months whilst training, and it is great to hear everyones feedback. A trip of a lifetime is right. I have never experienced anything like this before. You certainly get to know your team mates pretty well on the trek. We had a lot of fun along the way as well. We all had our bouts of emotional outbursts and it's only natural. Mums missing their little ones, all of us missing our partners (I think), and just not being able to be in touch made them seem so far away. Concentration was key. Hi Lisa and welcome!
