Hi I am at present reading your book “How Would Love Respond” Whilst I agree with most of it I’m having some difficulty with my goals. The first being to become a good public speaker which I have already put into action. The second one is proving to be more difficult. How to become a loving and compasionate person. The reason for this is I can’t, fake it before I make it, as these are non tangile so that I can’t visualise them and I think there is ia real problem with the ego , or as I prefer to call it the inauthentic self, getting involved.
