		<description>&lt;p&gt;That&#039;s exactly as it is intended to do Chris.  By writing it as if you already have it, and feel the way you would when you have it, then you surely attract it to you.&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;It&#039;s also great to write down the events that happen in your life that you are grateful for... for example...&lt;/p&gt;
