We can all learn to be emotionally intelligent and recognize our emotions for what there are and give them the proper amount of attention. I learned a great deal of how to be emotionally intelligent from <a HREF="http://www.abchypnosis.com" rel="nofollow">NLP training and hypnosis training</a> and it certainly does improve one's life to learn to take responsibility for how we choose to react to things in life rather than choosing to be a victim of circumstances. I like the empowerment that being at cause creates in my life. I don’t know if any human is emotionally strong. We can all learn to be emotionally intelligent and recognize our emotions for what there are and give them the proper amount of attention.
