60: Remove toxins from the work place and the home. One of the biggest factors that plays a role in cancer is in the presence of chemicals we surround ourselves with. The very first thing we do in the morning is go to the bathroom and douse ourselves with engine degreasant which is found in shampoos, conditioners and body washes. Then we brush our teeth with poison and spray aluminium under our armpits. What a deadly cocktail that is. There are many wonderful products out there which do not contain any of these harmful ingredients. If you read Phillip Day’s site, he does make some recommendations in there.
59: Avoid Cancer. Not too many people know this, but instead of having an x-ray which produces radiation which is cancer causing, there is an alternative called Infrared Thermography. So ladies, next time you need to have a mammogram, ask for the alternative.
58: Reduce or eliminate dairy. Casein, which is a protein precipitated from milk, and forming the basis of cheese and certain plastics, actually presents problems with the immune system. In the United States one dollar in every seven is spent on dairy and… dairy, believe it or not, is actually found to be the number one cause of osteoporosis.
